Gun License - In the beta version of the game it was possible for Vito to obtain a gun license from Giuseppe however, this feature was ultimately cut.Some of these were reworked into DLC missions. Fight Club - During the early production phases, Vito could participate in fights to earn money and reputation, likely arranged by Leo Galante.Vito could have taken her to a theater, and she was likely supposed to be Vito's girlfriend. Monique - Monique was intended to be a character in Mafia II.
The player would have done side missions for him, many of which were reintroduced in the game's DLCs.
Charlie Lopez - Charlie Lopez was intended to be a character in Mafia II and even had an entry in the City Album section of the Mafia II Family Album. Subway - Subway cars were seen in early trailers and prerelease screenshots but unused in final game. It's possible this is the truck referred to in the cut script image. Sicily Truck - There's a fully developed vehicle found within the game files named sicily_truck, added with the Definitive Edition. A mission screen from Joe's Adventures shows a bicycle in the background. Bicycles - Bicycles were seen in an early screenshot but were ultimately cut. Emergency lights - Originally, there were 2 emergency lights on the same rotating light (Front and behind) according to Mafia II Developer Diary video #2 but it was changed into a single light instead. It was later known as Empire City, a name which was ultimately used in Mafia II Mobile. In early development Empire Bay was known as Opportunity Land, a name that was used as a placeholder as seen on vehicle license plates. The trio ended up smashing into a tree and died. There was an alternative failed cutscene of Crème De La Crème that was cut from the final game, that involved Tommy, Paulie, and Sam chasing Morello in a Falconer to his villa in Oak Hill.
Bugatti - An alpha version of the Carrozzella C-Otto 4WD Blue, its textures look more 2D, and is undriveable without replacing another car's textures.Mutagen FWD Drag Version - A Thor 812 Cabriolet with its textures swapped with a Mutagen's.

Tractor - The tractor can be spawned on PC and is found under the file name traktor.4ds. Volkswagen Beetle Custom - The customized Volkswagen Beetle can be spawned on PC and is found under the file name brouk00.4ds. Mazda Xedos 6 - The Mazda Xedos 6 can be spawned on PC and is found under the file name xedos00.4ds. Toyota RSC Concept Car - The Toyota RSC can be spawned on PC and is found under the file name toyota00.4ds. Bus - The bus can be spawned on PC and is found under the file name bus00.4ds, it has no collision and player can go through the vehicle directly. Bulldozer - The bulldozer can be spawned on PC and is found under the file name Bull00.4ds. Steamroller - The steamroller can be spawned on PC and is found under the file name valec.4ds, it is undriveable while also having no texture. Panzer - Its file name is panz.4ds, and it's very unstable and hard to drive while also having an unfinished texture. Bigfoot - The one used in the console ports was originally supposed to appear in the PC version along with another without decals. It can be spawned on PC but is very unstable and hard to drive. Sidecar Bike - Its file name is 9motorka.4ds.
